Document Control Clerk
Position is responsible for providing clerical support and maintaining document control support as so directed by the Document Control Administrator or owner’s representative through all phases of the turnaround / project execution from the conceptual phase to the completion of the post-turnaround / post project activities in a way that is consistent with the turnaround / project strategy and the Core Team’s charter.
Fully comply with client work schedule
Understand client’s expectations and deliverables
Interface with all on-site departments, as required
Adhere to Onpoint’s home office reporting requirements as per policy
Maintain files of all Work Packages, drawings, QA/QC records, etc. as so directed by the Document Control Administrator or owner’s representative.
Replicating updated documentation of Work Packages and their distribution
Generation and retention of printed material / documentation (such as vendor work books, orientation materials, Execution Plan, drawings, copies, etc.).
Provide word processing and data entry skills in support of work process definitions, job plan definition, schedule inputs / updates, etc., as requested.
Maintain and log all Scope Change Requests (Job Change Orders) as requested
Maintain and log all MOC’s as requested
Document and communicate minutes / activities from various meetings as requested
Distribute information within the Core Team as requested by the Turnaround Manager, Project Controls Manager, or owner’s representative and to various vendors as needed.
Ensure appropriate documentation retention requirements are defined and implemented
Abides by all safety procedures and practices applicable to location and position; participates in appropriate safety training; demonstrates commitment to and support of SH&E principles and values; champions safety as necessary.
