Job Description

TRACK Implementation Coordinator

Responsible to perform duties as assigned by the Track Implementation Manager, or owner representative as per staffing assignment.

  • Fully comply with client work schedule
  • Understand client’s expectations and deliverables
  • Interface with all on-site departments, as required
  • Adhere to Onpoint home office reporting requirements as per policy
  • Once implementation is complete, responsible for maintaining the daily operations and functionality of Track software
  • Process and resolve all Track exceptions, schedule changes, etc
  • Make changes in Track as changes occur; examples: rates, contractual terms, etc.
  • Monitor all data entries and configurations by Track Data Entry clerks and contract personnel
  • Train, interface, and support contractor Timekeepers with Track software issues
  • Responsible for passwords, profiles and security configuration
  • Define, collect and review contractor daily deliverables as required
  • Process Timesheets in a timely and accurate manner
  • Create, print and distribute management reports as required
  • Provide operational support and site training on Track’s functionality
  • Validate total hours reported against client “gate log” system as required

Assignment Specific

  • Proficient TRACK Software knowledge
  • 5 Years experience within the oil & gas or petrochemical industry
  • Turnaround experience a plus
  • Ability to travel
  • Southern/Gulf Coast Region
