Job Description

TRACK Timekeeping Administrator

Responsible for the allocation & processing of contractor hours working on Client site for work related to major projects.

Key responsibilities:
• Allocate time for contractors assigned
• Work with vendor timekeepers to get labor & equip time reconciled
• Communicate with Track Supervisor on pending issues
• Support Client timekeepers where backup is needed
• Work in conjunction with vendor timekeepers & Client project management staff to ensure correct cost allocation
• Maintain confidential & time sensitive information

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
• High school Diploma
• Experience working with Track 6.2 or higher
• Highly organized
• Ability to multi-task
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills
• Ability to follow-through on any given task
• Will have to work weekends

Preferred Skills:
• Experience working with SAP
• Experience working during a turnaround

Assignment Specific:

  • Must have active TWIC card
  • Work Schedule – 6:00am – 6:00pm, 12 hour shifts with one fatigue day off every 14th day during turnaround 3/18 – 5/31
